CIP system is consisting of following main parts: Cleaning agent tank, pump, density alkali/acid tank, CIP heating
equipment, and PLC system Main Characteristics - The system is of low operation cost, compact structure, and small
size, convenience to install and maintain which is suitable for
cleaning each equipment in place. The whole process is done in the
closed equipments, tanks and pipes as well. Thus, second pollution
chances are reduced greatly.
- This system can be divided from one journey to four journeys
according to production. Cleaning can also be done during
production, which greatly reduces the cleaning time.
- The traditional way of atmosphere diaphragm pump smoke and breath
in the dense acid and strong lye is replaced by vacuum sucked by
itself, which enhance rate of intact and red reduce rate of
maintenance, the more important is reducing its operation cost.
